Industrial & Commercial Floors
Industrial Epoxy Flooring Cape Town
High-build epoxy floor systems for Cape Town warehouses, factories, workshops and commercial spaces. Specified for forklifts, chemicals and constant traffic, with minimal downtime.
Built for Heavy Use
Floors That Keep Your Operation Moving
Bare or failing concrete in a warehouse or factory creates dust, is hard to clean and breaks up under forklifts and pallet jacks. An industrial epoxy floor seals the slab, resists oils and chemicals, reflects light and makes housekeeping far easier.
Qualispray installs industrial and commercial epoxy flooring across Cape Town’s industrial areas, including Montague Gardens, Epping, Airport Industria, Killarney Gardens and Brackenfell. We plan the work around your operation, including weekend and phased installs, so you are not shut down longer than necessary. See our main epoxy flooring Cape Town page for every system we install.

Industrial Floor Systems
Epoxy Flooring for Commercial and Industrial Sites
Every industrial floor is specified for the traffic, chemicals and cleaning regime it will face. These are the environments we coat most often.
Warehouses and Distribution
Forklift and pallet traffic, racking zones and loading areas need a hard-wearing, high-build system. We add line marking for aisles, walkways and bays so your floor supports safe operations.
Factories and Workshops
Production floors, engineering workshops and panelbeaters deal with oil, coolant, hot components and heavy tools. We specify thicker, chemical resistant systems for these areas.
Food, Retail and Clinical Spaces
Seamless epoxy floors have no grout lines to harbour dirt, making them well suited to food preparation, retail back of house, cold rooms and clinical environments that need easy cleaning.
Showrooms and Commercial Floors
Car showrooms, retail stores and offices get a bright, professional floor that is quick to maintain and makes a strong first impression on customers.
Pricing
What Affects the Cost of Industrial Epoxy Flooring?
Industrial epoxy pricing depends on the floor area, the condition of the slab, the thickness and type of system required, and any access or scheduling constraints. Old coatings, oil contamination and damaged joints add preparation time.
We visit the site, assess the concrete and the way the floor is used, then provide a detailed, itemised quote that specifies the system, build thickness and programme. For painted walls, steelwork and roofs on the same site, see our industrial spray painting service.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the area, slab condition, system thickness and access. We assess the site for free and provide an itemised quote with the specification and programme.
Yes. We can phase the work area by area, or install after hours and over weekends to keep your operation running.
Yes, when the correct high-build system is specified and the concrete is properly prepared. We assess traffic loads and specify the build accordingly.
Yes. We mark aisles, walkways, bays and hazard zones as part of the floor system.
Seamless epoxy floors are widely used in food environments because they are easy to clean. We specify the system based on your cleaning regime, temperatures and chemicals.
Oil contamination is ground out and treated during preparation so the epoxy bonds properly. Heavily contaminated areas may need extra preparation, which we include in the quote.
Sometimes. If the old coating is well bonded we can prepare and overcoat it. Failing coatings are removed first. We confirm this during the site assessment.
